Noelle San Jose

Founder & Principal

Noelle San Jose is a DEI strategist, storyteller, and culture builder who believes belonging is both a design principle and a daily practice. As the Founder and Principal of Kultura Lab, she helps organizations move beyond performative diversity efforts to build equity that’s intentional, measurable, and human.

A first-generation Filipina-American and award-winning experiential marketer, Noelle brings over a decade of experience leading culture and inclusion strategy within the creative and events industry. Her approach blends strategy and soul — integrating systems thinking, decolonized practices, and community-centered design to create environments where people can thrive as their whole selves.

Before launching Kultura Lab, Noelle built and led transformative DEIB initiatives at George P. Johnson Experience Marketing (GPJ), including the company’s global ERG ecosystem, the Diverse Supplier Program, and the celebrated Voices series that uplifts underrepresented perspectives across the organization. Her work has earned recognition such as Chief Marketer’s Top Women in Marketing – Disruptor, Stevie Awards Social Change Maker of the Year, and speaking engagements at Culture Con, ATD, and AAPA.

Today, Noelle partners with clients and communities to design experiences that merge cultural authenticity with business impact — proving that inclusion isn’t a side initiative, it’s a competitive advantage. When she’s not leading strategy or facilitating workshops, you can find her exploring Los Angeles with her family, championing motherhood in professional spaces, and creating community through storytelling.
